The Day/Night House is a pre-engineered system (which means drastically reduced waste during development and zero waste on-site) that can be used for permanent residential purposes as well as for disaster relief aid, in which case the house can utilize a septic tank and rain water collection system to eliminate the requirement for water and sewer utility connections. The Day/Night House can be erected on site within 4 days, permitted the foundation work has been completed prior to the arrival of the Day/Night House. The Day/Night House system can be used for single family and multi-family construction and can be built up to 8 stories high without the need of additional steel framework.

Nano Apartment:

The Nano Apartment is a revolutionary design that is a holistic approach to dense urban living. The Nano Apartment creates 500 sq. ft. of living space in a space of 250 sq. ft. The Nano Apartment also takes into account that because of design issues many apartments only receive natural light from one wall. That is why the main separating wall between the living room and bathroom is made of fogged glass. In doing so, the bathroom continues to maintain complete privacy while bringing in natural light.
